Quality Standards

Gamma Plastics's 20 Litre meets stringent national quality standards for water purity set by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

Technology

Every drop of water goes through an advanced eight-stage purification process - Chlorination, Sand Filtration, Activated Carbon Purification, 5-Micron Polishing, Ultraviolet Treatment, Reverse Osmosis, 1-Micron Polishing and Ozonation.

Clear & Colorless Jars

20 Litre jars are fully transparent, with no blue tint that hides impurities. This way, you can be absolutely sure of the water you are receiving.

No Boiling Needed

With 20 Litre, you get pure drinking water that is free of bacteria and germs. The water goes through 8 rigorous stages of purification before being packaged into jars that are made of food grade polycarbonate, the same material that is used in making feeding bottles for babies.

Purification Process :

Every single drop of water that drips into a bottle of Gamma Plastics Pvt Ltd has go through an advanced eight-stage purification process

1 » At first raw water is stored from Bore well in Raw Water Store Tank through an Oxidized chamber.
2 » Then it is taken to Sand Filter by Pump.
3 » Hypo Chloride is dosed in water by Dosing Pump before it is taken to Sand Filter.
4 » Then it is passed through Activated Carbon Filter and Micron Filter respectively.
5 » Now the water is entered into RO Block.
6 » In between RO Block and Micron Filter Anti Scaling is dosed in the water by dosing Pump. Again after RO Block Dosing and UV light is applied.
7 » After processing the water through RO Block, Salt of Sodium and Potassium added to water then it is stored in S.S. Store Tank.
8 » Again the processed water is passed through 0.2 Micron Filter and ozonator to the Filling Area.

The product of Gamma Plastics Pvt Ltd, the Sparkle Aqua, contains treated water through five steps of purification process including Sand Filteration, Carbon Filteration, Micro Filteration, Reverse Osmosis, UV Treatment and Ozonization. As well as multiple quality checks ensure purity of Sparkle Aqua drinking water.

► Sand Filteration:

Industrial sand filters are occasionally used in the treatment of sewage as a final polishing stage. In these industrial sand filters the sand traps residual suspended material and bacteria and provides a physical matrix for bacterial decomposition of nitrogenous material, including ammonia and nitrates, into nitrogen gas.
Under suitable circumstances, sand filtration may be not only the cheapest and simplest but also the most efficient method of water treatment. It is far more efficient than rapid filtration in removing bacterial contamination. Sand filtration is a frequently used very robust method to remove suspended solids from water.
The filtration medium consists of a multiple layer of sand with a variety in size and specific gravity.
A sand filter has a dirt holding capacity of 3 to 6 kg TSS / m2 of sand surface.
When the filters are loaded with particles, the flow direction is reversed and the flow is increased to clean the filter again. This step is called a backwash.

 
► Carbon Filteration:

Filter to protect a group of persons not wearing individual protective equipment against toxic agents, biological agents and radioactive dust and to enable them to perform normal operations and other related tasks. Generally carbon water filters includes gas-particulate filter unit and air regeneration unit.
Used to remove the traces of oil in vapors form & associated taste & odour.
They are the final stage filters for cleaning of air used in critical applications.
These carbon water filters are designed to give 0.005 mg/m3 maximum remaining oil content.

► Micro Filteration:

To remove micron particles from the raw water.These filters are used to get a clarity & extra sparkle to water that is already filtered by a conventional sand filter. Very fine suspended impurities, colloidal matter, chlorine traces sand particles etc. which escape untrapped in sand filter, are easily separated in these filters.

 
► Reverse Osmosis:

The RO System works on the principle of Reverse osmosis, also known as hyper-filtration. One of the finest techniques for treating water, reverse osmosis eliminates contaminants from water thus making it fit for drinking purpose and other commercial and industrial applications. The RO system is provided with sediment pre-filter and an activated carbon filter as the membranes are degraded by chlorine, bacterial attack, manganese, hydrogen sulfide and iron. Advanced models of RO Systems are also attached with water softeners.

 
► UV Treatment and Ozonization:

To kill the bacteria from fine water. Finally healthiest bacteria free ,crystal clear and with required Quantity of ions , purified & bacteria free drinking water will be send to packing.
These systems make use of ultra violet rays and ozone gas for treating the water and thus making it pure. Offered systems are widely used for drinking water application, soft drinks, mineral water and thus are widely demanded in food & beverages, sea food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. These systems are manufactured as per the set guidelines and norms of the industry and thus are highly reliable and efficient for purifying the water.
UV Ozone Systems consists of a SS 304, 316 material of constriction Vessel, UV Lamps. Water in these systems passes through vertical or Horizontal Quartz Tube or PTFE Tube with water inlet nozzles the ultra violet lamp.

Pouch Filling Machine

Automatic Form, Fill & Seal pouch packing machine to pack free flow liquids like Butter Milk, Milk, Mineral Water, Juices, Soda, etc. in Polyethylene Pouches.
The Pouch Filling Machine is made up with 304 Grade Stainless Steel and all electrical parts of the machine, used by Havells Brand.
The pouch filling machine automatically sterilized by ultraviolet radiation, it is able to precisely fill, seal and cut at one time. The liquid filling machine is easy to operate and run smoothly with good performance and low failure rate.
